Multihead weigher SP10(14)-2Sk is designed for automatic accurate dosing of cooled products: semi-finished meat, chicken and fish products.
Multihead weigher consists of a round shaped frame with centered cone dispenser and radially coming down spiral type chutes. The product is fed from the dispenser to the weighing baskets through the spiral chutes and storage baskets. While product is being accurately weighed next portion of the product is fed to storage baskets. Central controller receives the weighing data from each weighing basket and determines the closest suitable to the target weight combination of the product. The drop of the chosen weighing basket is carried out by PLC demand.
