Automatic shuttle conveyor consists of a frame with embedded conveyor for feeding and placing of products, transportation of trays and a pressing unit.
Several product placing unit variations available. Basic configuration is 10 rows of 7 pieces. Placing unit design provides for reverse tray transportation (conveyor should be reinstalled by 180 degrees). Pressing unit is height-adjustable and avoids product damaging.
This product shuttle conveyor can be in-lined in any piece and small-piece complete packaging line.
UHSP-1E: Product Shuttle Conveyor
Shuttle conveyor UHSP-1E provides automatic placing of the piece food products – cookies, khinkali, pirogies on trays for their further handling (baking, freezing, cooling and so on).
