Purpose and equipment
Vertical packaging machine is applied for packing of loose, small piece and powder like products in sealed-edge film package. The machine consists of bag forming and sealing units, film transporter mechanism and pneumatic drive of cross welding jaws closure – all based on a frame. Packaging machine is equipped with a film transporter servo drive.
Standard list of equipment:
- motorized unwinding system of the film roll with pneumatic clamp,
- longitudinal seam tracing device,
- pneumatic drive of film transport belts,
- flat-bottom device,
- folding-bottom device
