Multihead weigher SP10(20)-1S is designed for automatic dosing of fragile piece products such as pretzels, zephyr, spice cakes, cookies and so on.
Multihead weigher consisits of a round shaped frame with centered cone dispenser and going down vibrating chutes. Product is fed from the dispenser to the vibrating chutes for its further transportation to the storage hoppers and subsequent weighing in weigh hoppers. Central controller is receiving the weighing data from each weighing hopper and determines the closest suitable to the target weight combination of the product. The drop of the chosen weighing hopper is carried out by PLC demand. Product falling height is extremely low what allows to perform handling of fragile product. Available number of weighing modules is from 10 to 20. Weighing modules are being calibrated manually. Performance and accuracy of dosing depends on the weighing module number.
MACHINE CONTROL
Whole dosing process control is carried out by an operator through the mobile control panel equipped with touch screen. All currents settings, controls buttons and statistics are displayed. All information available can be printed out or transmit to the local network.
