OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF THE ORION MACHINE

  • Prepared mixture is fed by an operator to the receiving hopper of the machine by pieces of free form and size and is moved to the working screw by a pair of ribbed cylinders to go through the molding unit under the pressure of the screw

  • The filling is loaded into the gear pump hopper. It is moved through the tube in the middle of the dough stocking. Further on, the molded stocking with the filling is fed to the iris diaphragm cutting unit to achieve the desired product shape.

  • The technology helps adjust the productive capacity of the machine, carry out fine adjustment of the machine and minimize the defective product rate.

  • Software lets create recipes for different types of product and save them in the controller memory of the automatic machine. Easy handling via touch screen.
