Automatic weigher DS 1-6 is used for dosing of small piece products (candies, pasta, and so on) in a ready-made package (boxes, cases or bags). It consists of weighing system and vibrating trays. When the machine is switched on the product is fed into the weighing basket by vibrating trays. As soon as the demanded weight is achieved the wide tray is off and the product is filled by the narrow tray to achieve the target weight. As soon as the target weight is achieved, product is dropped from the weighing basket into the tare.
All parametric control of the weigher is carried out by PLC. LCD display is to be used for visual display of data.
